My whole professional life has been around Software, Information Technologies, Strategies and Customer Technical Support. I am thrilled by the opportunities the digital world is offering us to provide new insights and new ways of service delivery that is going to transform technical service support. Building up and leading a global team to implement the digital transformation and realize new business opportunities gives me great pleasure: From a global ticketing system that helps us to capture the various incidences and store them down to component level we tapped into artificial intelligence and Knowledge Graph technologies to retain and retrieve previous successful solutions to successfully shorten the time from detection to diagnosis and proposed solution. We are in the process for the world highest cyber-security standards - IEC 62443 certification, to ensure that our solutions to connect to our customer’s site and collect machine and event data are safe, We operate in a global cloud environment that enables a global delivery structure and have established a suite of tools that allows proactive analytics based on a thorough understanding of possible failure modes and impacts derived from applying a reliability centered maintenance approach. Most importantly it allowed me to learn, collaborate and work with many, many highly skilled professionals in various industries as colleagues, bosses, teammates, or customers who have a passion for their profession and have earned my utmost respect!
