Helped sell out Kolter Group's Two City Plaza in downtown West Palm Beach, outselling all other sales associates for most of 2014. Have a passion for presenting and pairing cutting-edge quality new community homes with buyers in search of the best in progressive, contemporary living. Have longstanding and fruitful relationships with people in all socioeconomic ranges and from around the world – have worked with orphanages in Mexico and Jamaica, sold high-end health-and-wellness packages and million dollar homes in South Florida, and chartered as First Mate small boat (40’ catamaran) sailing trips for a month in the Mediterranean. Have friends from and have spent time in England, Greece, Turkey, Thailand, India, Ecuador, Costa Rica, et.al. Lived and worked in the Bahamas for four years. My 5+ years of working with The Hippocrates Health Institute – arguably the most comprehensive holistic health and wellness center globally – catapulted my ongoing knowledge and experience in the self-healing arts to levels achieved by few. Business-wise, was responsible for over $11M in reservation sales for the Institute, the highest sales volume in Institute history. Am fully capable of designing and presenting both macro and micro systems and protocols for new and progressive Development Communities. Have gone to and will gladly go to any exemplary length to present - and close - innovative and life-changing new homes, products, processes, and entire synergistic environments.
