With over ten years in financial services, my expertise in operational leadership and process optimization has been honed at prestigious institutions such as RBC Capital Markets and HSBC Bank Canada. At RBC, my mission was to seamlessly integrate and enhance operations following the acquisition of HSBC Bank Canada. My goal is to drive efficiency while maintaining robust operational controls, aligning with the company's culture of excellence.
