About Michael Wieser

People all over the world are doing laundry - for that reason, I am working around the globe to present our software solutions to industrial laundries to make their day-to-day business easier. In doing so, I attach great importance to supporting our customers and interested companies. I personally support our sales partners in product trainings and consultings to help them meet our requirements in the contact with customers and interested companies. In addition, I take care of the staff- and product management as well as the development department at our company seat. My abilities in programming, which I gained throughout my training time, are an advantage for thoses tasks. With this background knowledge, I can evaluate our customers requirements and provide fitting solutions with help of the development department. This guarantees short communication channels and gives our company the possibility for prompt decisions and fast reactions on current requests. It is the variety of challenges, that makes my work at SoCom Informationssysteme GmbH that thrilling.
