My experience moving through MTM Inc.'s corporation has prepared me for a variety of challenges and has given me the essential skills to excel in my current Business Analyst position. I am grateful for the analytical approach to problem-solving combined with my critical thinking and decision-making abilities that I have gained throughout my career. These skills have allowed me to contribute to impacting business outcomes through effective organization, prioritization, and execution of key projects. In my previous roles, I have gained an in-depth understanding of non-emergency medical transportation, data analysis, and project management. I have provided valuable insights into the implementation of innovative processes and systems which have increased efficiency, productivity and delivered fantastic returns for the company. Additionally, I have developed strong communication skills, which allow me to work collaboratively with others towards set goals and objectives. My current experience as a Business Analyst has prepared me in three key ways: Firstly, I honed my ability to analyze large amounts of data to identify trends and patterns. Secondly, I got the opportunity to lead cross-functional teams, set agendas, and manage meetings. Lastly, I was responsible for developing and managing project timelines, and resources. In each of these areas, I have demonstrated my ability to work with others to drive results. I also have the ability to analyze complex situations, make informed decisions, and develop effective solutions while ensuring that the interests of all stakeholders are considered. My strengths enable me to handle multiple priorities, resolve issues proactively, and meet deadlines. I am independently motivated, yet I appreciate team efforts and collaborate productively within groups.
