About Michael Wilcox

Mr. Wilcox is an experienced project manager on pipeline industry projects in the feasibility, conceptual, preliminary, design and construction phases. Mr. Wilcox is also licensed as a Professional Engineer in multiple States. He has extensive knowledge and experience in pipeline routing, flow/hydraulic modeling, detailed design, execution and construction of natural gas pipelines, pipeline/construction surveying, and right-of-way (ROW) planning/acquisitions. Part of his responsibility has been focused on developing cost estimates and performing constraint analysis, including risk identification and assessment for prospective projects. Mr. Wilcox’s project management experience includes project tracking and budgeting, quality control, scheduling, risk management, managing environmental/cultural resource teams, and the preparation of permit applications. Mr. Wilcox has been responsible for design and construction of various gas pipeline projects including HDD crossings. He has developed a keen knowledge of Federal, state and local permitting requirements for various levels of pipeline industry projects, and is very familiar with the FERC 7c Conventional and Pre-Filing processes. He has provided construction management and inspection services, including the development of contract drawings and bid specifications for a variety of projects, including numerous large scale gas pipeline projects.
