I have spent over 30 years litigating a variety of different types of cases throughout the state. I look forward to the opportunity to share this experience with new clients in the future. I primarily litigate personal injury and workers' compensation claims. In addition to state workers' compensation cases I also litigate claims under the Longshore and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act and the Defense Base Act throughout Florida and outside the state. I am also the coverage attorney for a large insurance fund. Furthermore, I am a certified civil circuit mediator. I am licensed to handle cases in all state courts in Florida and I am a member of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida and the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals.
