Abraham Lincoln said,"Folks are about as happy as they allow themselves to be." This truth from one of our greatest thinkers has never been more apt than it is today. What keeps me from being happy? Usually, it's unfinished business from the past. Learning to leave the past in the past is a must-know skill for people on paths of conscious awareness. Often, it is as simple as swapping out an old, unhelpful belief for a new one that might work better for me. This takes practice, but we are all more capable than we know. Holistic Integrative Therapy bridges the gap between who a client was and who she is now, equipping her with the tools she needs to successfully navigate the uncharted waters in which we all swim. Using a combination of body-centered and cognitive approaches, the client is invited to unite the strength of the mind and the wisdom of the body to create something greater than the sum of its parts. Using this technology, we all step more fully each day into who we really are.
