About Michael Willett

I am a dependable and resourceful Construction Manager with over sixteen years of leadership experience. I prioritize well in the heat of an aggressive build schedule. My aim is to overcome difficulties with a positive attitude and adapt quickly to produce a quality product, on time, using the safest and most time effective method. The seventeen years that I spent as a Journeyman Tool Maker translate well in to telecom, as I am proficient in reading Construction Drawings, holding critical quality control standards and working with multiple departments to build a final product on time that produces as it is designed. I am extremely conscious of safety issues, have proficient computer skills and have a familiarity with many construction methods.
