About Michael Williamson
Mike is a graduate of the University of Iowa, where he earned his BA degree in Interdepartmental Studies of Business and holds a certification of Entrepreneurship. In April 2016, he received his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation by the age of 25. He joined David Ellermann, CCIM, CIPS and Sperry Commercial Global Affiliates in November of 2017 to start and grow the charter Chicago office. The team has since been acknowledged as a Top Producer annually amongst all SperryCGA brokers, which now includes over 60 offices worldwide. In 2021, Mike also received the Top Producer award for Office Sales from the Chicago Association of Realtors. Mike has a passion for giving back to CRE and served as the 2021 CCIM Illinois Chapter President. He currently serves as 1st RVP for CCIM Region 7, where he oversees seven local CCIM chapters including: Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, Wisconsin, Kentucky, and St. Louis. He also holds a seat on the CCIM Institute's National Board of Directors, as well as multiple CCIM Institute National committees. He also serves on Chicago Association of Realtors'(CAR) CommercialForum.
