Background
About Michael Wilson
I have over 20 years experience working in the financial services industry. I am now the Vice President of Sales and Service with Harris County Federal Credit Union and I couldn't enjoy this role any more than I do. Since 2012, I have been responsible for shaping our members' experience within the branch, over the phone, and online. It is our goal to ensure they know they are valued members by making them aware of the many ways we can better their financial lives. I established a business development program which has been responsible for roughly 20% of the credit union's membership growth. In addition to my primary responsibilities, I also have responsibility for marketing, business development, and training for the entire staff. I am certified to teach CUNA's Creating Member Loyalty program; Service, Sales, and Leadership. I am a 2020 graduate of CUNA's Southwest Management School.
