About Michael Withers

Having been educated in Business administration specifically Hospitality I spent 6 years at the Southampton Princess Hotel in Bermuda and one year ta the Grand Old Opryland Hotel in Nashville Tennessee. in management roles. My next 6 years were spent owning and running a Bakery in Baltimore MD. Hard work but valuable experience. From 1986 until 2010 I moved to South Florida and owned and operated a successful vending business. During this period I bought a Sailboat and spent many vacations sailing in the Florida Keys and the Bahama archipelago, one of the best cruising grounds in the world. These experiences led to being involved in Bluff House Resort and Marina, a resort on Green Turtle Cay in the Abaco chain of Islands in the northern Bahamas in 2011. Bluff House is slowly becoming one of the most popular Resorts in the Abacos with both tourists and boaters. 6 years ago it was very run down by the previous owner and has been brought back to life. With plenty of land available for improvements and development there is plenty of room to take the Resort to the next level and the shareholders are looking for investment capital to do just that.
