About Michael Woolley

I have 35+ years’ experience in the law enforcement, criminal investigation and security fields. I have held positions from Military Police Patrol Officer, Military Police Patrol Supervisor, Military Police Investigator, Criminal Investigator, Narcotics Agent, Team Leader and Special Agent within the United States Army and Special Agent with the United States Government. I have maintained Secret and Top Secret security clearances throughout my military and federal law enforcement service. I am constantly security conscious, concerned with physical, operational, computer, document and communications safeguarding. I severed as unit key control custodian as well as primary unit armorer with responsibility for millions of dollars of weapons, ammunitions and explosives. I have over 20+ years’ experience relating to the management of personnel with a heavy concentration in training. Prior responsibilities included the supervision, accountability, training and counseling of up to 80 personnel. As a Security Supervisor and then promotion to Security Manger, I was able to utilize all of the above experience and talent to manage and coordinate a daily security operation involving three eight hour shirts involving 6 security supervisors and 12 security officers. In addition, my previous responsibilities included my ability to maintain a trained and deployment ready team to meet the needs of my unit, the United States Army and the Department of Defense. I am both a strong and independent worker as demonstrated by meeting personal goals and have lent support to the team as a whole to meet objectives. During problem solving, I adopt a “solution seeking” attitude to identify areas of improvement for the purpose of implementing suggestions and corrective actions. My previous experience in management and supervision enables me to have knowledge, which will be advantageous in providing guidance in any supervisory capacity.
