Leading with a hands-on approach, I've honed my expertise in talent management, employee relations, and recognition programs, all aimed at fostering a cohesive and empowered workforce. While my tenure with the United States Air Force as a Manager in the Propulsion Section, I developed a suite of tracking processes that significantly enhanced performance monitoring.
