About Michael Yeary

My career began at Cisco Systems. A sequence of promotions landed me in a client executive role leading large, complex deals. It was enjoyable work that I would categorize as a hybridization of sophisticated sales and consultancy for IT enhancements. Subsequently, I joined Ernst & Young (EY), where I currently hold the position of Managing Director. At EY, I've worn many hats including Delivery Engagement Partner, Managed Services Leader, Large Deal Specialist, and Account Leader. Similarly to Cisco, we have ambitious goals. My efforts include thoroughly understanding clients’ businesses thus ensuring that EY is recognized as the “go-to” partner in every domain that we play. I bring together the right internal people for engagements, build and maintain relationships with client-side executives, and own the economics of every deal.
