A people-oriented person who strongly advocates the importance of the organizational culture which is rooted by members’ trust and respect. A fearless leader who listens, understands, and acts on not just business goals but also the employee’s voice. Genuine and passionate, I never settle or become comfortable with what we had achieved. There’s always something we can do to make a meaningful impact on the organization as well as to bring positive influence to the people. Bathing in my current organization for the past decade and switching between multiple roles, both executionary and managerial, how to evolve our business models by consolidating actionable customer insights generated from a variety of touchpoints with customers is where I see the most value of and hold my passion onto.
