I am an experienced business professional who incorporates both sales and interpersonal skills to earn the trust of clients. I am driven by long term relationship building and acting on my in depth understanding of the beginning to end sales process and client relationship building. My skills are transferable to other roles within and outside the automotive industry, and I enjoy a hands on experience that involves interacting with clients and team members. I have the ability to adapt to all levels of clientele whether it be through sales, customer service, negotiation, or complaint management. Utilizing these skills, I have achieved high ranks of sales and service recognition, which has led to promotion and accelerated role advancement. Prior to my sales career, I was an internationally touring and performing guitarist as well as a professional on-camera, print, and voiceover talent living in NYC. My varied life experience and learned work ethic from those prior careers has proven to be an important building block to my success as a sales and business professional.
