About Michael Zamyslov

I am an experienced IT Project Manager with well-rounded background in software development and Telecommunications, over 10 years of project managing and over 20 years of software development, working in Belarus and Norway. My expertise is Project Management, Business analysis, in designing and developing of client-server and multi-tier enterprise-level systems. I have a full range of knowledge in the modern technologies and ready to apply my efforts on a new projects. I strive to provide unique set of skills: on the one hand the set of project management skills and appropriate experience, on another - business and system analysis skills and programming background. Mix of two roles allows guarantee quick processing of customers requests, simplify communication process by avoiding redundant consultations with Dev and QA experts and in result reduce the time gaps in communication with the customer and whole cost of the managed project. Working on last projects I was involved in number of projects in parallel as project manager. My activities covered all kinds of communications with customers, project analysis, developing of all the project documentation and finally - issuing work orders and tracking done work with the customer. Projects I was working on covered wide range of spheres starting from custom small add-ins, mobile applications, web solutions and finishing large multi-tier applications. I like to work with the customers at a good pace. I like to manage several projects in parallel. I like "fixed-price" projects as most fair way of doing business and I know how to manage them. Initiation, elaboration, scope and budget development and approval, preparation of the work order, management of the team (in peaks >30 specialists), delivery of the product, tracking the invoices, processing the support in warranty period every month - it is what I worked with. And I like it! I would be happy continue to work in such manner.
