I currently lead a cross-functional team of developers, testers, and product owners, helping each of them grow in their craft while keeping the bigger picture in focus. My leadership philosophy is heavily influenced by Radical Candor and the culture principles popularized by Netflix — fostering open, direct communication while deeply caring about people’s development.
