Michael Zweiback is a high stakes trial lawyer who practices internationally. Michael co-founded this highly successful Chambers rated trial boutique. Michael is a former big law partner who lead multiple practice groups for some of the world’s largest law firms across a broad spectrum of practice disciplines and industries including, Cyber Security, National Security and White Collar crime. His broad experience includes defense (in state and federal courts throughout the United States) of government investigations on behalf of individuals and corporations in areas which include health care, financial services, antitrust, environmental, public and international corruption including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, Securities Fraud and Tax. Michael advises corporations of all sizes on cybersecurity and privacy issues. Michael is licensed to practice in California and the District of Columbia. Michael’s practice is national and international. He has current litigation and trial matters in New York, Puerto Rico, Texas, California, Florida, London UK, and the European Union. Michael formerly served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in California and was Chief of the Cyber & Intellectual Property Crimes Section in the Central District, where he investigated and prosecuted computer intrusions and the theft of intellectual property. Michael also previously, served as the Deputy Chief of the Terrorism & Organized Crime section supervising national security investigations. Michael served on the Attorney General’s committee on Cyber Crime before departing the Department of Justice for private practice.
