I studied Healthcare Management at St. Lawrence College but initially took a different path, spending a few years climbing the ladder in a corporate setting. I started as a Sales Assistant, took on design responsibilities, and eventually became a Sales Coordinator. Despite my success, I felt pulled back to healthcare. I spent years working in emergency rooms and rehabilitation floors, ensuring smooth operations for doctors and nursing staff. From there, I took a leap into the startup world, bringing my healthcare knowledge and customer service expertise to a fast-paced telehealth company. I thrived in the dynamic environment, juggling multiple roles and streamlining processes to improve both patient and provider experiences. Some say I’m a jack of all trades—and they’re not wrong. I adapt quickly, wear many hats, and love finding ways to make things run smoother, whether in customer support, executive assistance, or operations.
