About Michaela Beazley

I am an experienced, motivated, team player who is always open to learning. My experience working in the non-profit sector has given me a variety of skills. I have a keen understanding of client needs as well as strong time management ability which makes me an asset in any team situation or program. I have 5 years experience working within a non profit organization in which my role was an acting landlord and intensive case manager with the tenants. This included: tenant/landlord disputes, property management, tenant case loads & the lead volunteer for taxes. I adapt well to situations and utilize crisis de-escalation skills that make me efficient with resolving situations and growing connections.
