As Director of Global Patient Experience & Stakeholder Management at Diaverum, a global leader in renal care, I drive customer-centered strategies and stakeholder engagement. With a background in nursing and a deep passion for improving the patient journey, I focus on communication, operational excellence, and fostering strong relationships. I’ve led key initiatives, including developing a patient experience framework now implemented across 300+ clinics, the launch of a patient experience feedback management tool to gather and act on insights, and an e-learning platform training healthcare staff in exceptional service. These projects reflect the power of collaboration in enhancing the care and customer journey worldwide. Beyond healthcare, I’ve developed transferable skills in stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and customer experience—applicable across industries. As a board member at Swecare, I work with public and private partners to advance global healthcare, gaining insights on bridging sectors for meaningful impact.
