About Michaela Bonello

As part of my role as an HR Business Partner, I am responsible for overseeing a diverse range of tasks within the HR Department. These include recruitment and selection of employees, facilitating employee onboarding and terminations, conducting training sessions, managing performance appraisals, overseeing payroll, coordinating events, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the day-to-day HR operations. I hold a Master of Science in Occupational Psychology from the University of Leicester. Through this program, I learned how to apply psychological theories and methods to improve the well-being and performance of individuals and teams in the workplace. My interests lie in employee engagement, motivation, and development. I have completed a Certificate in Payroll and Employment Administration and I am a certified practitioner of PRISM, a neuroscience-based behavioral profiling tool.
