Michaela is Head of Impact for OneHive. An innovative and up and coming technology company that strives for economic growth.#Beethechange. Over the past 7 years Michaela led HSO, a charity that provided early intervention and resources for vulnerable children and young people in Hertfordshire in need of mental health support. As the CEO, she oversaw operations, expansion, and strategic implementation of the organisation, which reached over 2500 beneficiaries since its inception in 2019. She also positioned HSO as a standard-setter for charitable innovative thinking, enabling those without access to key services a lifeline. With an MSc degree in Psychology and a personal experience of overcoming homelessness and poor mental health, Michaela is passionate and dedicated to improving the lives of others. She has earned recognition as one of the UK's top 100 most influential women and won several awards for her leadership and impact. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and walking her dog Erik.
