About Michaela Brill

I have been working with people in more than 15 countries all over the world for more than 20 years. During the first 10 years of my career I held international Management positions in corporate and internal communications, especially in the automotive and pharmaceutical industry. I supported change and large projects as well as the optimization of internal communication processes between departments, locations and subsidiaries. I also supported Senior Managers to enhance their communication and presentation skills through more authenticity and emotional energy. Enthusiast about this experience, I decided to specialize in the support of transformation of people and organizations as a trainer for leaders and future coaches, coach and supervisor, with the overall objective to create an inclusive and agile working environment where everybody can bring his best to the benefit of sustainable individual and collective performance. In that respect I support Executives and Talents on their Leadership journey, to further develop those attitudes and "skills" which are key in complex and global environments, to lead transformations and to inspire others. I also work with teams to reinforce their energy and capacity to cooperate and to create something new. I have two Master Degrees - in Communications and in Business Coaching - and I am a Master Certified Coach (MCC) by the International Coach Federation. I intervene in German, which is my mother tongue, French and English.
