About Michaela Damore

As a graduate of the University of Tampa with a bachelor's degree in advertising and public relations, I have a passion for creating memorable and engaging events. I am currently an event coordinator at Boston Marriott Long Wharf, where I work with clients, vendors, and internal departments to ensure a successful event from start to finish. In my role, I use my communication, organization, and creativity skills to maintain relationships with clients, coordinate with outside vendors, organize in-house event requests, collaborate with all departments, track expenses, and assist the events team with daily tasks. I have also participated in the development of online marketing strategy, designed and created collateral materials, and written and distributed announcements of sales and new inventory for previous employers. I am motivated by the challenge and satisfaction of delivering high-quality events that exceed expectations. I value teamwork, diversity, and innovation, and I strive to bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team.
