My name is Michaela Enders. I am from the Lehigh Valley area and am a alumna of Parkland High School in Allentown, PA. I have finished my studies at Wilkes University earning my Bachelors of Science in Nursing, with a minor in Psychology. I am currently a Clincial Data Abstractor for St. Luke's University Health Network in Bethlehem, PA.The duties of a clinical data abstractor revolve around analyzing medical data in charts or databases and then organizing it. They may help staff access specific information or provide statistics or reports on patient data or trends for physicians, researchers, or facility administrators. I am also a per-diem Technical Partner at Lehigh Valley Health Network, to gain practice in essential,fundamental clinical skills, communication growth, and learn new skills. I feel that the opportunity to work for two main health systems in the Lehigh Valley Area is a great asset to have as a healthcare provider and I feel fortunate to help the greater community at large in various ways within both roles. Patient care, satisfaction, and comfort are my priorities in this growing industry.
