About Michaela Forsyth

I bring a high level of back office experience developed through various roles I have held across my years at Npower. This has allowed me to build a strong knowledge of the Gas and Electricity industry and a good knowledge of end to end processes, systems and customer journeys within Npower. I am a highly self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, either verbal or written and can convey information clearly and confidently to other colleagues, share any new knowledge I obtain to help and benefit fellow team members. I have an outgoing personality and consider myself a team player, but I am also ready to use my own initiative when needed to resolve any issues I may face to reach a positive outcome.
