Skilled in Research and Development (R&D), talent management, passionate about HealthCare / Medical Nutrition, Food & Beverage, and innovation Management. Strong engineering professional with a Dr rer nat (PhD), focused on Chemistry / Biochemistry from Philipps University Marburg, Germany. • Currently I am broadening my experience as business development Manager for the Nutrition Supplement Category in Zone Americas, consisting of supplements for pregnant women, infants and toddlers. In shared responsibility with the Category Head and as part of the Leadership team, we build commercial strategy to develop and grow the business. • Before, I created patient -and consumer-centric multi-generation pipelines, successfully initiated, established and managed research collaboration with Start-up’s, Academia and Industry Partners including clinical studies in complex regulatory environment. • I managed complex end-to-end R&D Projects with track-record, from research idea to product launches of Nutritional Products (Medical Nutrition, Consumer Care, Infant Formula, Baby/Dairy Products) in partnership with marketing and sales, with strong expertise in product development, clinical trials, medical nutrition regulatory environment, IP, scale-up and industrialization. • During the last four years as global Head of Training and Development for R&D, I designed and implemented the learning and development strategy for RD professionals, from newcomers to Senior Managers. Focus was on innovation leadership skills, entrepreneurial capabilities and mindset, as well as building project management capabilities - in collaboration with leading business schools and external learning providers.
