I have extensive experience in marketing, communication, and project and production management, always with a passion for building strong teams and creating meaningful brand experiences. I believe in people. Great results come from collaboration, transparency and creating space for good ideas to grow. As a leader, I aim to foster engagement, clarity and shared purpose – from strategic planning down to the small everyday moments that make a team thrive. Currently, I work as Acting Head of Corporate Communication at Fortnox. My role spans both strategic and operational levels – from leading external communication and internal engagement efforts, to leading key projects in employee engagement and employer branding. I also drive change communication to support organizational development and transformation. I have full budget and project responsibility, and work closely with executive leadership, IR, and business area teams. Throughout my career, I’ve been driven by a mix of structure and creativity – with a strong focus on details, results, and continuous improvement. Whether it’s launching a new platform, shaping a brand narrative, or building a high-performing team, I enjoy turning complexity into clarity and making things happen. What’s important to me?
