My expertise lies in creating positive impact through design. Empowering innovation through lean, human-centered approaches. An advocate of design, as well as creative in using different tools and methodologies to help define problems and craft meaningful propositions, I always look at the big picture and take into account business values and strategies. I am passionate about mentoring and coaching a design team, as well as inspiring stakeholders, to create and deliver engaging products and top-class user experiences, while communicating the value that design can bring to a company. Being challenged to think and act differently, out of comfort zones and boxes is something I really enjoy. I care deeply about understanding other humans, their needs & behaviour and how it relates with products and services. Being actively involved in all stages of a project - from discovery to delivery - I thrive on problem solving as a result of feedback from clients, user tests, and workshops, to name but a few. I am a purpose-driven professional who is capable of leading design teams and projects but also working hands-on when required. I have a natural enthusiasm to continuously learn things that are not necessarily connected to my discipline, and then think of ways to incorporate them in my work habitat. A natural communicator, comfortable at all levels and in a wide variety of situations and environments. I am a dynamic, motivated individual who takes great pride in a job well done.
