My name is Michaela and I have recently received a 2.1 in my final year of Communication Studies in DCU. I am currently working as a Communications Officer at Connect Credit Union. My role involves direct engagement with members to handle enquiries and issues, while also developing and executing communication strategies aimed at increasing new member sales, enhancing member satisfaction and existing member retention. As well as this, for the last 6 years I have been working part-time as a dance instructor with Fit Kids Fit Teens, a dance school I have been involved with since the age of 3. Being apart of this dance school has lead to me gaining a lot of team leadership skills and the essence of what it is like to be a part of a team and succeed. I am a very outgoing, friendly and hardworking person and love gaining new experiences in all aspects of life.
