About Michaela Moore

As a Talent Operations Specialist at Coalition, a cyber tech start up, I handle and head multiple projects related to hiring, data tracking, and process improvement. I schedule and coordinate interviews across several departments, often including management of our executive schedules to ensure a smooth and efficient candidate experience. I also supported the transition to a new applicant tracking system (ATS), and revised/optimized the company's hiring workflows and procedures. I have a BA in Music Performance and Journalism from The University of Southern Mississippi, and a Certificate in Acting from The American Academy of Dramatic Arts. I have developed strong communication, writing, and public speaking skills, which I apply to my talent acquisition and people operations roles. I am also proficient in various CRM, ATS, and analytics tools, such as Zendesk, Looker, Greenhouse, Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter, Microsoft Suite, and Google Analytics. I am passionate about finding and onboarding the best talent for Coalition, and contributing to its growth and success.
