With over 14 years of experience in marketing and communications, I am passionate about creating and implementing marketing strategies that drive sales, customer loyalty, and brand recognition for my company and its social causes. I am currently the Marketing Director at Patel McDonald's, the largest McDonald's franchise in the region, where I lead the marketing operations and initiatives across multiple channels and platforms. As a media relations expert, I manage the media and community outreach programs that showcase the company's values and initiatives, such as supporting local schools, charities, and environmental projects. I also leverage my skills and experience in new business development to identify and pursue new opportunities and partnerships that increase the company's market share and revenue. Previously, I was the Director of Public and Community Relations at St. Nicholas Center for Early Intervention, where I spearheaded the strategic communications and advocacy efforts for the organization that provides services and support for children with developmental disabilities and their families. I am driven by the mission of improving the lives and well-being of people and communities through my work, and I value collaboration, innovation, and excellence in everything I do.
