About Michaela Nelson

I am currently located at the Baxter Kohls location as the Beauty Team Lead for Sephora. Coming up in November will make 10 years that I’ve been with Kohl’s. I stayed out with the company as a part time seasonal sales associate, it took me 2 years to become the Juniors part time lead and I was also coaching a winter dance team as well. In 2016 I graduated with my AA Degree from Century College and was promoted to an Area supervisor and help open the Bemidji location for Kohl’s. In 2018 I was transferred back to the Blaine location as the Operations/Truck area supervisor and the summer of 2020 I was then changed to the Customer Service area supervisor and I also graduated from Bemidji State University with my BS in Management. Do to some heath issues in my family I’ve now move from the cities and now work at the Baxter location for Kohl’s. I've found out that I love trying to make a difference in someones life even if is only to make someones shopping experience easier or by inspiring a high school girl to try something that is totally new and different. By making even the smallest difference in everyone's life just makes me want to work even harder.
