With over 15 years of experience, I specialize in advising national and international companies on corporate and M&A transactions, with a particular focus on the real estate sector. My expertise spans the full spectrum of M&A transactions, including asset and share deals, joint ventures, restructurings, and private equity investments. I have extensive experience handling both domestic and cross-border deals, ensuring efficient structuring, negotiation, and execution. As Co-Head of the Real Estate practice, I lead a dedicated team that provides strategic and tailored solutions to clients involved in corporate and real estate transactions. My work extends beyond advisory services—I also represent clients in complex legal disputes, ensuring their interests are protected in court. In addition to my transaction and dispute resolution work, I actively engage with the international legal community as a member of the IBA (International Bar Association), AIJA (International Association of Young Lawyers), and Salon Real, staying at the forefront of industry trends and regulatory developments.
