About Michaela Scanlon
Currently working towards a PhD in Management at Queen’s University, concentrating in organizational behaviour. My research is centred around organizational leadership and stigma, with a specific interest in mental illness and neurodiversity. I hope to develop a deeper understanding of the consequences of stigma for leaders, and set a foundation for interventions intended at normalizing mental illness and neurodiversity in the workplace. I am also interested in the leadership and OB literature in general, and hope to develop a foundation of knowledge and contribute to future research over the coming years!
