About Michaela Schwarz

My mission: I enable organisations and managers to fully exploit their potential through sustainable change processes and strategic talent development and to operate successfully in an increasingly complex, global working world. As an experienced change and transformation expert, I support organisations and managers in successfully shaping and implementing far-reaching change processes. With a strong focus on change management, diversity and systemic organisational development, I support teams and managers in not only mastering the dynamics of reorganisations, mergers and transformations, but also using them as an opportunity for growth and innovation. Through tailor-made workshops, training programmes and OKR coaching, I promote the development of an inclusive, strengths-based culture in which talent is specifically promoted. My approach is based on a combination of design thinking, agile methods and systemic dialogue to develop innovative solutions and embed sustainable change. With a passion for team development, leadership coaching and cultural diversity, I create spaces in which teams and leaders not only work together more effectively, but also act more creatively and resiliently. I see it as my task to empower managers and recognise people's strengths and use these in a targeted manner for the company's success.
