Hey there! I’m Michaela Seay, Marketing Manager and HR support by day, professional multitasker by choice. Also known for wearing many hats with a smile! I’m currently navigating the world of marketing and HR in the talent acquisition industry at Manpower Northern Illinois, where I get to combine marketing with my passion for people and organizational growth. From brainstorming fun marketing campaigns to fine-tuning HR strategies, I’m all about creating positive experiences for both employees and clients. Whether it’s building brand awareness, crafting compelling messages, or fostering a thriving workplace culture, I’m your go-to gal! Before landing in this dynamic role, I gained a plethora of experience in positions like Office Coordinator, Office Administrator, Assistant Branch Manager, and Loan Officer/Member Service Rep. Each of these roles helped me grow my skills in customer service, operations, event planning, community engagement, and public relations. But let’s be honest – I’ve always had a thing for people and processes, which is why marketing and HR just felt like the perfect fit. When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me networking with fellow community leaders (I’m a proud member of Next Rockford and Rockford Area SHRM), or getting ready to graduate from Leadership Rockford’s class of 2024-2025. I’m on a mission to put my skills to use in the community and make a real impact – one positive interaction at a time.
