I oversee the finance, administration, and human resources operations and workflow advancement for Footprint Project, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with offices in New Orleans, LA and Asheville, NC. We deploy sustainable energy infrastructure equipment - primarily portable mobile solar power - to community distribution sites after climate disasters and emergency events across the U.S.__ My 15-year professional background is in leading business operations for small, growing organizations and delivering top-tier client services. Within program and business management, I specialize in identifying organizational gaps, defining solutions such as efficient systems and administrative processes, setting out a sequence of actions, managing implementation, and conducting assessments of tangible results. I have a proven track record of driving operational performance and profitability in service-driven businesses and strong experience in P&L management and budgeting. In a career that spans geographies and cultures, I have lived and worked abroad for 3 years in the Global South - Cape Coast, Ghana, Ezulwini, Swaziland, and Urubamba, Peru - and hired and supervised teams of up to 5 direct reports (2x) for 3+ years from the U.S, Italy, Ghana, Burma, and Bhutan.
