I worked at The Loft Clothing Boutique where I was a part of the online sales team. I would process orders with clientele on the phone, manage queries/feedback and/or complaints in an efficient and positive manner. I worked at McCauley Health and Beauty Pharmacy from 2007 until 2020. During my years spent there I worked across various departments; OTC, fragrance, cosmetics and photo bar. I have stellar customer service proven by multiple mystery shopper results. I am accustomed and comfortable working within a fast paced environment. I work well on my own initiative and within a team. I can take leadership when necessary. I am professional, reliable and an enthusiastic employee. I am an ambitious person. I am ready to learn, grow and develop my skills further. I strive for achievement and progression in my career. My educational background is in Visual Arts. I graduated from Waterford Institute of Technology in 2013. I have a creative flair and love to paint, draw and sculpt.
