I am a senior educator & performance coach since over 25 years. Whether you're an actor, musician, presenter, office worker, or simply seeking greater mind-body balance, I offer a full range in-person training opportunities to help you reach your performance goals. With the Alexander Technique, you learn how to use the powerful tools of awareness and intention in order to restore balance and move with greater ease and efficiency so you can feel and function at your best. I am a lead tutor for Alexander Technique at The Lir Acting Academy of Dramatic Art at Trinity College, Dublin, where I teach students how to develop confidence on stage and in their wider life and being authentically transformative and safe. Also being a trauma coach, I can assist people in clearing out the roots of their fears, anxiety, stress and unwanted habits, behaviours and emotional states with the Havening Techniques. Based on current research in neuroscience, Havening uses the application of simple touch to generate changes in the brain that biologically delink traumatic memories from their negative emotional and or physical experiencing. Havening can also be applied to promote personal growth and peak performance, does help to resolve anxiety based disorders such as panic attacks, phobias, PTSD, invasive negative thoughts, pain-management, public speaking problems, negative beliefs, stress and more.
