About Michaela Zocchi

I am a licensed Master's level social worker based out of Baltimore, Maryland. I attended Salisbury University and majored in both social work and Spanish. I currently work at Arrow Child & Family Ministries as a clinical case manager. I provide case management services such as safety planning, discharge planning, and implementation of services to clients with a wide variety of needs. I previously interned at the Department of Social Services as an intern caseworker within the Out-of-Home (foster care) unit. I gained experience with a multidisciplinary approach to support the growth of our foster youth and families. At the bachelor's level, I work as a mental health coach at the Lower Shore Early Childhood Mental Health Consultation where I served children aged birth to five. I worked with both teachers and students to assess a child's strengths and areas of need. I created and facilitated social-emotional groups in both English and Spanish.
