About Michaelangelo Agbodike

I arrived in the Uk at the age of 17 in February 2022 and began working at the age of 18 in April 2022 at Teonfa care Limited. I applied with EnRoute recruit formerly known as Allenday recruitment at the time as a part time role and got my first shift around June 2022 which meant that i was working 2 jobs, a full time role at Teonfa care and a part time role at EnRoute recruit. Working two jobs at a period where i was new to the system of the country and where i had just become a legally recognised adult taught me multitasking skills and proper time management which has helped me to analyse and strategize my work and personal life schedule and how to work around them without impacting heavily on either side. Working in several industries in the UK for the past 2 years has helped me gain substantial experience in these fields which has enabled me to develop the necessary skills needed to work in these industries and also in other industries with similar roles. From a HR assistant to an office administrator to a retail assistant, merchandiser and hospitality worker to a teaching assistant and cover supervisor, i have learnt several skills and work ethics which i can apply in a wide variety of fields and industries regardless of my experience in them. My recognised achievements include creating an info card system for care workers to have bitesize information of necessary precautions to do when in a client's residence and basic information they should be aware of in the form of a card key ring which could be used anywhere at Teonfa care, being scouted by the headteacher of Lea Manor to become a full-time science teacher to an outstanding streak of excellent classes i had while working as a cover supervisor, absence of a negative feedback from every high school i have worked in as reported by my supervisor and consultant at Tick Education, terrific feedbacks from multiple stores of my performance in my tasks as reported by my supervisor at EnRoute recruit and rising from an apprentice of the HR manager to an office administrator in the span of 2 months at Teonfa care.
