About Michaelle Moreau

I am a leader, collaborative team player, and reliable professional educator. I am proficient in implementing cultural diversified individualized lesson plans for students. I am skilled in providing guided instruction and coaching during problem behaviors, instructional teaching, and problem solving to parents. I am skilled in technology and taught remote instruction during COVID to students using Google slides, Nearpod, Peardeck, Boom Learning, and other teaching resources. I have established a friendly, professional, and respectful relationship with parents during parent outreach. I am a mentor and trainer to all staff during problem behaviors and instructional teaching. I am a Presenter who conveys information during professional development that will improve student learning based on student data, research, and implementing lesson plans through the use of Powerpoint presentations. I have continued to play an active role as a lifelong learner through professional development. I am an active lead member to our Sunshine Committee in which we celebrate and encourage all staff appreciation. I organized fundraising and events to promote increase funding for all staff. I am currently a United Federation of Teachers (UFT) representative to our UFT chapter leader. I help assist and support our UFT chapter leader to resolve ongoing issues and concerns within our building site.
