My role encompasses strategic planning, feature development, and product lifecycle management. I prioritize features and lead cross-functional teams to deliver impactful IT products that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. Previously, as a Project Lead in Digital Knowledge Management at L'Oréal, I developed and implemented an internal knowledge repository and policies across the Czech-Hungarian-Slovakian Hub. I collaborated with a team of seven in an agile environment to drive forward change management practices. One of my significant achievements was delivering a large-scale project that significantly improved the efficiency and accessibility of knowledge sharing within the Hub. I hold a Master of Arts in International Business and Management from MCI | The Entrepreneurial School®, where I honed my analytical, communication, and project coordination skills. My diverse experience also includes working as a Trainee at the Permanent Mission of the Czech Republic to the UN and other international organizations in Geneva, where I gained valuable insights into international diplomacy and organizational operations.
