With 25 years of experience in IT and 15 years in IT Poject Management, I am passionate about delivering cost-effective and innovative solutions that improve organizational outcomes and customer satisfaction. My academic degree plus a number of transferable skills gained in cross-departmental and multi-country environments allow me to analyse and understand, design and implement new solutions in line with business strategies and technological needs. Some of my key achievements include in my career: Successfully implementing new TMS, WMS, and CRM systems for various clients, resulting in enhanced operational efficiency, data quality, and customer loyalty. Conducting audits and tenders for transport, IT, and pharmaceutical sectors, identifying and resolving gaps and risks, and securing new business opportunities. Leading the IT European expansion team at Pall-Ex Group, a leading pallet network provider, managing internal and external software development & testing teams, and deployment for 6 countries. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, franchises, and third parties, facilitating effective communication, coordination, and problem-solving.
