Flow cytometry expert with over 15 years of hands-on experience gained in leading core facilities at the University of Łódź, Cambridge, and Oxford—where I managed the cytometry core lab for four years. As a co-founder of the Oxford Cytometry Club and a trusted partner to over 250 researchers, I have built a reputation for solving complex cytometry challenges across a wide range of biological materials and experimental applications.I have worked with instruments from all major cytometry manufacturers, including legacy systems such as MoFlo and Influx, allowing me to support even the most technically demanding projects. My career includes roles as a Flow Cytometry Applications Specialist at Beckman Coulter, Luminex, and Cytek Biosciences, where I provided expert consultation to users in over 30 countries across Europe and Asia.I have trained more than 750 scientists through workshops, courses and one-on-one sessions, sharing my passion for conventional, spectral, and imaging cytometry. Whether designing an experiment from scratch or interpreting complex data, I bring both technical precision and a deep commitment to empowering fellow researchers.
