About Michal Marusek

I started with my working carrier as Network Specialist engineer dedicated for BueCoat Proxy technology in 2009. After few months my responsibility was extended with team lead function with 4 members. Also I was part of transition activities as newly grow team start receiving many new deals, worldwide. In the end I ends up with 24 direct reports and I started focus on management work (KPI measurements, perform to win conversations, recognition, motivation conversations etc…). I always try to find the way how to improve the organizational brand and bring new service in what leads into multiple representations of our center and I’ve received many recognition from my direct and indirect management. This leaded into few projects about service standardization or service improvements. In 2015 I changed my direction from people management to service line and taking care about customer network services. I’ve built a new capability for delivering service to the customer with new contracts and CMDB+ documentation. Till now I am taking care about customer service from technology, finance and procurement point of view.
